Rivertech is a fully occupied two 2-story R&D, Flex and Laboratory building located in Billerica, Massachusetts. The Project is located along the Route 3 Corridor (known in Boston as the Northwest Expressway). Both buildings were constructed in 1983 and renovated in 2001 with new systems and new facades. The tenants and the prior owners of the buildings have made significant investments in the buildings including upgraded mechanical systems, laboratory space including clean rooms, a new roof, and parking lot replacements.
