InterLocke is a single building office park campus in Marlborough, 30 miles west of Boston. The campus is easily accessed by either I-495 or I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) and is less than a mile from a large commercial center. Marlborough is part of the Massachusetts “Innovation Corridor” and is home to myriad biotech, IT, financial services, and pharmaceutical companies. The building is steel frame with brick veneer and ribbon glass windows, and consists of a main structure with two attached two-story wings. Constructed in 1984, it will be significantly improved and revitalized to transform the property’s physical appearance and modernize its systems.
