A 10-story Class B office building located in downtown Quincy, Massachusetts. The Project is located about one mile from Interstate Route 93 (going north to downtown Boston) and Interstate Route 95 (going south to Providence, Rhode Island and New York City). The Project has been historically known as “The Granite Trust Building”, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as an Art Deco building designed by J. Williams Beal, Sons, and was constructed in 1929. It was built for the Granite Trust Company (later the South Shore Bank), whose predecessor, the Quincy Stone Bank, was Quincy’s first commercial bank.
